A richly detailed vintage 14K yellow gold stationary slide bracelet featuring a collection of colorful gemstone-set slides in classic Victorian Revival style.
Crafted in 14K gold and weighing 15.2 grams, the bracelet is composed of double twisted rope chains accented by five stationary decorative elements. The gemstone slides include a deep purple amethyst, a luminous pearl surrounded by smaller pearls and scrolling goldwork, a floral sapphire cluster, and a matching floral emerald cluster. A pierced gold slide adds additional texture and balance to the design.
Three of the gemstone slides are hallmarked Richard Glatter, a designer known for ornate Victorian-inspired slide jewelry. The pearl slide also bears a hallmark, although the mark is not fully legible, so we have chosen not to attribute that particular slide to Glatter with certainty.
The bracelet has the layered, collected appearance of antique slide jewelry while remaining wonderfully wearable. Each gemstone creates its own focal point, yet the repeating floral forms and warm 14K gold give the bracelet a cohesive, beautifully considered look.

Why We Love It
We love the way this bracelet feels like a miniature collection of jewels gathered into one piece. The saturated emerald, sapphire, and amethyst bring beautiful color against the warm gold, while the pearl slide adds softness and an unmistakably romantic quality.
The ornate floral settings and rope-chain construction give it the character of Victorian slide jewelry, and the signed Richard Glatter elements add another layer of interest for collectors. At 15.2 grams of 14K gold, it also has a substantial feel without appearing heavy on the wrist.
Most of all, we love that no single element dominates the bracelet. Every slide has its own personality, making this the kind of piece that reveals something new each time you look at it.
Condition
Very good vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and previous use. The gold retains a warm, attractive finish, and the gemstones and pearls appear secure in their settings. As with all vintage jewelry, minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the piece’s character.
